Sabine is a native of Quercy and her local knowledge assures that we will explore, and enjoy each day, on and off the beaten path. The tour is limited to six guests. While this primarily a culinary tour, we will have ample time to visit historic bastide towns and charming medieval villages, noting their architectural treasures. In the southwest, we will base in comfortable Bed and Breakfast accommodations in the charming village of St. Antonin Noble Val, reputed for its lovely location, ancient town hall and major weekend market. We will enjoy day trips taking us to various villages, farms, vineyards and departments of southwest France including the Dordogne, Quercy, the Aveyron, the Lot, and Tarn et Garonne. We will explore how the French Art of Tea includes creative uses of tea in chocolate making and in crafting irresistible pastries and macarons.
